Michael, a young laywer, is at home in the coolest restaurants and bars in Berlin. After the death of his mother a few years ago, he turned his back on Poland and hides his origins. When a run-down Polish bohemian arrives on his doorstep and claims to be his father, Michael plunges into an existential crisis. Father and son, two complete strangers, spend a weekend together, torn between distrust, rejection and empathy.
